Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born fifteen August, 1994 in USA. Ashley isn't very open about her parents, however she is credited by her grandfather for being the one who inspired her to start working hard. Her father was a bodybuilder who had a lot of fun when the time he was in his late 20s and 30s. Ashley was active physically from when she was a child. She started swimming lessons at age four old, which she continued for 10 more. Although she entered many contests however she was never committed enough to a strict diet that would enable her body to be at the highest level. The attractive look of her and figure that was curvy made her a popular when she was in highschool. But it is unknown whether Ashley was ever involved with someone during that time. Ashley did not go to the university after graduating and decided to pursue working as a fitness model. Ashley discovered she wasn't happy with the way her body looked at the age of 15. Her grandfather encouraged her and she decided to join the gym, but she took his advice and started off gradually. What she did not know was that the extent to which she would go on for in the following nine years working on her figure and steadily becoming an exercise icon. Ashley was inspired by her win and entered the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. The result was 7th and was motivated to push to be better. When she took fifth place in the 2014 WBFF World Championships, Ashley was able to decide to quit competing. As she was competing in the competition, she was approached for photography shoots. They didn't cross-contaminate her profession and declined. However, now that she has quit competing Ashley decided to become an fitness model. Her photo was published on the front cover of a renowned fitness magazine which instantly made her an exercise model, as she was signed by an agency for modeling. As time passed, she received a high demand for modeling. She has also posed on a range of clothing and bikini brands.
